We’ve Been Building For Over 20 years
NDF itself has had a share of challenges from its inception characterized by misconception on its agenda, believed by some to be solely political, absence of a functional coordinating secretariat, and the skepticism caused by the litany of several past similar outfits fashioned along the development agenda that did not achieve much and in the end folded or were derailed.
